So during the whole climax of the Living Story Season 2, we did the rite of ascension and obtained a Divine Fire that would let us enter a secret Forgotten (Exalted?) cave, as well as repel Mordrem.

During the final event, Mordrem were afraid of the fire. It not only repelled them, but dealt huge damage to the Shadow of the Dragon.

My question is what happened?

If Mordremoth has a weakness, this is what I assume to be it, as demonstrated by his minions and champion.

(On that subject, what happened to the Shadow of the Dragons, plural? Did Mordremoth only make one?)

Mordremoth turned out to be awfully tubby dragon. Maybe it was a Dr’s order to diet and exercise that scared him so bad.

But seriously, why was this even in LS2 if it had no role in the plot? There are so many things never touched upon at all in the expansion.

My opinion is, there isn’t one person who’s writing the story. I think it’s a story by committee and they are throwing it together in between doing other things. Not only that, but people are moving in and out of the committee as they are needed for designing other story line work. It makes a disjointed mess with plot holes and dangling plot threads everywhere.
