It might seem like a silly question, “Just read the expac contents dummy” while you would be kinda right, but all that is telling me is just the NEW stuff coming

So… As the topic says what will change?
Will all Old legendary Weapons be obselete in favor of the new ones?
Will Silver Waste still be “Current Content”?
Will there be new crafting materials making the old ones obsolete?
just to name a few on my mind.
I know its a very broad question. But if you know anything significant changing please fell free to educate me.
