I just finished the legendary crafting mastery and was wondering, when we are going to get the recipes for the new legendaries (Nevermore, Hope and the axe)?

Nevermore, Hope, and Astralasia are not yet in game. They are unlocked when raids are released “soon after launch”. So to answer your question, “soon after launch”.

Nevermore, Hope and Astralasia are already in the game. I think they’re unlocked by doing the level 5 mastery in the Legendary Crafting line.
