Found a portal to the heart of the mists a few weeks ago in silver wastes. Signed up for the newsletter to the same email address as my account. Beta test is in 10 hours and haven’t received any emails in regards thanks.

The e-mail doesn’t actually matter. Log into your account and check if you have a beta character slot. If not, then definitely talk to ANet.

Well yea, no beta slot in here for me either… Subscribe to the newletters since the announcement of the xpac. Wondering what happening?

It is not possible to contact the CS Team from in-game. Only Bug Reports, which will not garner a response.

I tried a ticket. I got told that they can’t do anything unless I don’t have a slot once the beta starts… of course the beta is only 6 hours long and they take ~12 hours to respond to a ticket… so… I wouldn’t get your hopes up too much.
