I remade a character but all my charges were still used from last beta and never reset. So stupid me bought more with gems to find out they didn’t go onto my beta character still
You can just travel to the 5 major cities with beta chars, to get 5 charges, then delete them, then do it over again, this is what the op means.

No, I think I mean I’m embarrassingly dumb because I’ve only been doing it for LA. Since I did my map completions before the revamp and didn’t know you got a transmutation charge for each city.
So, thank you for making me feel super dumb and at the same time delighted I can speed up my process.
