Guild Wars 2

I have searched this question through google with no luck of finding an answer and I also asked in-game with no luck of anyone replying to my question. I am a new player that has the Heart of Thorns expansion pack and I would really like to have the white feather wings backpack on my character, but I have no idea where to get it. Is it in the HoT zone? If so, is it possible for a low level to get there just to acquire the wings? If not, where can I get it? Is it something I can buy?

if you can’t wait for the wings to appear in the gem-store, there’s also the angelic backplate from Dwayna, (small wings, but I like them better than the cape-like giant wings)

This is my character right now and I am looking for a good back for him. The feather wings would’ve been the perfect back for my taste though.

The White Feather Wings have only been available 3 times since introduction, and twice only for 24 hours, I believe. Thus, it may be a long wait.

I am looking particularly for a wingset as a back for my norn with the current outfit. I found an alternative wings while the white/black feather wingset is currently unavailable. Thanks all for the helpful tips and links

You also have a chance of unlocking them via BLC wardrobe unlocks.

The featherwings look super silly imo and every 2nd char is running around with them anyways. There are a lot of better options.
