I want to get a Superior Sigil of Transference (here’s the minor one) but no Scribes have started selling any on the TP. T_T I can’t even put a Buy Order in. I’d put a pretty big one just to get someone to finally make one for me.

It’s currently unavailable due to the missing (read: maybe bugged?) recipe for Resonating Fragments that are required to advance Scribes to a level at which they could make these. Once Resonating Fragments are craftable or obtainable by any means, then these will become more widely available.
