My friend just bought HoT for his veteran account. But he didn’t get the free character slot. How can he get this, or when will he?

The veteran slots are rolled out weekly. So likely this Friday, according to the postings in other threads on this very issue.

Same issue here, I got the Ultimate pack last night but gained no slots. Logged in tonight and i’m now +1 slot. I’m just not sure if the one I’ve been granted is from the pack or from the veteran status as I assume I’m supposed to get 2 extra slots.

Will find out of Friday I guess.

The one you got almost instantly is the one that comes with the upper two levels of the purchase for HoT. The one for the veteran one takes a while longer (mine took about 10 days)
