Where to find Commander recipe
theres one in trading post. only one up for commander stats

Has anyone found the Commander gear recipe yet? I cant seem to find it anywhere.
To clearify: Commander is Power (Major), Precision (Major), Toughness (Minor) and Concentration [Boon duration](Minor)
