Really, why the hell is the mistward armor soul bound, whos the genius who though that was a good idea??

I was doing the collection on another char that had the map explored, got the pieces, BUT NOW I CANT SEND THEM TO MY REV BECAUSE A COLLECTION HEAVY ARMOR IS FRICKING SOULBOUND TO A RANGER!!!!!

I’m so kitten kittened….

Now i got to waste gold making an exotic armor and transmuting the kitten skin….

It does indeed feel a tad stupid. Hopefully it was simply overlooked and will be fixed? One can remain optimistic, right?

but… exotic armor is cheap… and transmutation charge are easy to come by…

But it shouldnt be required, plus i only got 13g atm, i have to screw my investments because a fail like that…..

Even story related exotics, items that are really pseronal to the character, are account bound….

If you’re me and change your armor more often than you buy clothes IRL, maybe not

Haha. But still; a stat-selectable set of heavy-exclusive armor that can be collected on any character should be account bound.

Account bound, soul bound on equip please.

But at least now I know this is an issue and will only accept the chests on a heavy armor character.

Seems like there are things you have to buy with Geode’s? Think I would wait and do those last to prevent

Yeah sure, it should be account bound, but as others have stated, just skin some other exotic.

Yes, honestly this doesnt make any sense at all, absolutely zero, and hopefully its not intended and will be fixed soon. If its actually intended whoever thought of this should not work in game design.

Of course you can skin over other armor, but it shouldn’t be needed in the first place. For this to be soulbound on acquire just makes no sense and it’s a pretty bad surprise if you had plans for it.

Yeah, I don’t know what happened here. Seems like a mistake, since collections are account bound. It’s user error waiting to happen.
