Do we know if HoT maps will have Hearts or other “incomplete” markers on the map that we will need to complete?

No hearts. The hearts are in the leveling maps. Cursed Shores, and the maps added since launch are without hearts. They do have waypoints, Mastery points and points of interest. I don’t remember seeing any vistas.

That’s good to hear Hearts are not bad, but sometimes i feel they weren’t much different to traditional mmo questing. Thank you.
