I recall that the devs were planning at one point to added the season 1 living story for new and old players at some point and was curious if this would be implemented in the expansion.

I doubt it, they would have announced such a large feature. Its quite a huge task to rework all episodes of S1 into solo instances. I would be suprised if it ever happens tbh.

No chance. You’d hear people complaining about paying for something they’d already did for free.

They wouldn’t be paying for S1 LS. Devs had said that it would be free ages ago.

Indirectly, they would be if they needed to buy the expansion to unlock Living Story, Season 1 content again.
