Hi , I wonder if I DO NOT buy a Expansion, dara to play normally? and affect the WVW ?

You won’t have Revenant or Elite Specs or new Legendaries to play with, but you’ll have the map available. The design goal is for horizontal progression. Things might be unbalanced at first; eventually your current core game builds should be competitive (and you might be the OP one compared to how the new things start off, it could go either way).

So yes, as I understand it, you will be able to WvW just fine without the new shiny stuff. People on your server might decree otherwise as players seek a new meta but the game is meant to let you participate even without the expansion.

(I don’t know if you’ll be able to use guild bonuses in WvW without having HoT).
