Why, oh why, only 2 wings backpacks can be converted to gliders?
Why? Seriously, there’s no good reason to that except to annoy people. That’s just lazy, ArenaNet. Some could say it’s for money, to force players to shop for skins with gems. But then, why not other wing-themed backpacks from gem store? Even not those recently intoduced with HoT?
I want every wing-like backpack to be a glider option!
Especially Holographic Shattered Dragon Wings, but also others like Tequatl, Daydreamer, because why NOT?
This is so stupid to limit this option only to two wing skins, it obvious a lot of players have other wings, why annoy them? The skins are already there, so what’s the problem?

i think beceause the current wings are way bigger then the older 1’s

The most likely answer is that the Feather Wings were created and rigged for Gliding to begin with. Remember they were developing the expansion when these items came out. The other back items predate the expansion and more than likely are not compatible.

btw, I’m extremely happy that we received the Feather Wings as glider skins. For me it’s probably the best part of the entire expansion. So no, it wasn’t done just to annoy you personally.
