I don’t think the witch hat is available for purchase at this point in time. I think it was a bonus for buying the game like 2.5 years ago. As for something similar… No idea.

The witch hat was a giveaway by the Mad King in 2012 Halloween event. It was never in the gem shop. GAME ON

Same here. Got a bunch of town clothes things that are account bound but already in my wardrobe.

Maybe something similar or return to the game at a later time, but since it was an ingame item for playing Mad King Says, there is no chance of it becoming a gem store item (I hope), as making ingame event rewards a cash shop item is not a direction I want to see this game go.
