a positive thread!
Thank you! After all the negative posts I read (and wrote…), it’s a great idea to focus on the positive aspects of HoT.
Verdant brink night: Forced me to tag up and tell people to distribute, ask for status in map etc… Solo deffed a camp, barely survived. Great feel of satisfaction after t4 was reached.
Tarir meta: despite being quite hard, ppl there do a great job to organize it. I’m surprised how easy the coordination goes there.
Tangled depths: Wow, 4 vertical layers. Spent hours to find my way around, very satisfying when I finally understood how to get around there. Events are also fun (if you know how to get to the event).
Dragon stand: The meta there is awesome! It has something epic that I didn’t experience in GW2 or any other MMORPG.
64 bit fixed all the crashes I had (even before HoT I crashed often at Karka, these days are over!)

So, just the positive stuff?! Thats no fun!
- The difficulty increase, this is my highest pro point. Guild Wars was never challenging in PvE, so it is nice to actually have to play the game and not run brain afk through the area.
- The Design of the areas (especially Auric Basin), it looks just so good. I even took the time to watch some of the vista animations.
- The new Elite Specilisations. It is nice that you get some new skills and the ability to play your class different.
If you want a positive thread, don’t start it off with negative post.
