so when HoT finally releases, will all the level ups we got after we reached level 80 for the first time count as mastery level ups?

will Anet retroactively give mastery points for all those level up we did after initially hitting level 80?

Not for levellingup after 80, no. That doesn’t give mastery points; things like 100% map completion and maybe dungeon master will. You will get the mastery points from those retroactively, but only for that region not the new maps. It’s seperate masteries for the jungle and Tyria. Levelling up will give xp towards mastery tracks but that won’t be given retroactively, for now it’s just spirit shards

Its not even spirit shards for leveling up you get nothing.

Its not even spirit shards for leveling up you get nothing.

Right now you don’t get anything for leveling up. After the mastery system is in place you’ll be training a Mastery line as you level and you’ll get retroactive Mastery points for content already done.
