So here’s the thing, I got the Invite for the upcoming beta test and it’s great and all, but unfortunately, my computer’s hard drive crashed and it won’t be repaired in time for the beta. So I was wondering if there will be more tests in the future or am I out of luck in that regard?

As far as I know this is the first BETA test of many more to come. They start off with a rather small number of testers and will increase that number over time with more tests.

They want the players to test it quite a bit so that most of the bugs can be fixed and they can still make possible changes based on player feedback on smaller matters.

I’m absolutely sure there will be more. The original game had a closed beta (with NDA), followed by three open beta weekends (by invite, but no NDA), followed by several stress tests of various lengths.

They’ll want to test all the major features, so they’ll have more betas as more things get into finished enough form to test.
