or if it goes on sale 29days after u get it? honestly I’m not sure I would think is worth the expansion cost was hoping to see it on sale but if I didn’t like it would it be refundable withen set time?

Contact support and ask them. They’re the ones who know the refund policies and can answer questions like that.

Also ask if you refund it if it closes you entire account, because that’s the real issue. In other words, HoT gets added to your account. They might not be able to remove it, without closing the account.

Asking support is the only way you’ll get an answer.

As to the sale thing though, I don’t know why you’d expect to get a refund if it went on sale after you purchased it?
If you go into a store and buy some clothes, or a computer, or a toaster or whatever and it goes on sale a week later, or even a day later, you will not be refunded for the sale price.
You made the decision to purchase the good at the price at which it was sold. You did so with an awareness that it could go on sale at any time, and that you were not purchasing it on sale.

You have asked this same question about 4 times in different parts of the forum. Have you not received the answer you like yet?

If you buy it from sites not in list above(unless it’s a boxed copy) then those keys might not be legit(purchased with stolen credit card etc) and your account might be blocked and then you will have to talk to ANet/place you bought key from to resolve issue.

I think you can refund but only if you buy from ANet store but then your whole account will be blocked. Just contact them and ask for details, if it’s possible and what happens when you do.

How are we supposed to know what the cheapest price is?

How about you asking support about their refund policy and you doing research on which of the authorized vendors is selling the cheapest.
