Is there anything that we can confirm either as players or from anet themselves of what recipes are going to stay in the new legendary, trying to get prepared for them but its hard to know if i should be crafting gift of fortune etc or not…

My assumption is that everything will stay the same aside from “Gift of (legendary name)”

You might try reading/posting over in the HoT sub-forum. I think there are already some threads on the subject there.

Also, no one knows what the recipes will be, and the Devs haven’t done the deep dive that may or may not release that information.

one time a dev mentioned that the way from pre to legy will be the same, just the way to acquire the pre changes
later it was said that the way to legendary will feel more like a hunt

so i think the ingredients for the weapon specific gift will be similiar but with items we will only gather in the new maps
