where does it show on my acct ? cant find it anywhere .. I added the code yet see no info anywhere about it.. Is it a whole other client DL or ? so confused here…

Do you have a blank space called demo. They have not released the extra free space at this time.

cant make a toon though so I guess have to wait for an event .. lol go figure. Who knows how long will take..

Just for anyone who is wondering, when you purchase the expansion from the gem store there is a clause that states that it may take up to 3-4 hours for the bonuses to be applied to your account. It took mine about 10 minutes before I got my rewards unlocked, but you will get them.

Also, that character slot they are giving you is coming out soon. They will be announcing something about the refund policy for the 1/23-6/16 accounts and will probably give the slots out then.

Ok, so that sorta IS what i was wondering MiniEquine; Do we get all the bonuses to our account (like the 4000 gems) within a few hours, or do we have to wait for release?

You get your bonuses right away (or at least within those 4 hours).

hopefully the veterans will get the promised character slot soooooonnnn.

If you bought the Ultimate Edition 5 days ago and still haven’t received your items, contact support. I happened to get my 4000 gems, Rytlock, glider, etc within about 15 minutes, but it could take longer, depending on server load.

Check your account’s email for anything from them and make sure you applied the code correctly. Somebody from support might be able to help. Hope you can get it straightened out!

Not going to happen before July 31st, as that is when that offer expires as far as I know.
