So I bought some Gems from the in game tab… now my question is how long does this take to go through…. guildies told me its usually instant but im here waiting….

Should be instant. It can get held up if you have a full mailbox or items waiting to be retrieved from the TP. Not sure how that works out to be possible though.

Make sure the charge hit your credit card too. It could have failed before it went through and that’s why you don’t have the gems.
