reaper,scrapper or revenant ?
Reaper and Rev are pretty strong, just don’t get too careless. I haven’t had much chance to play Scrapper as much.

It’s great in PvP, but in PvE it’s worse than baseline engi in every regard.
Revenant is probably the easiest to both play and contribute well on in events, and it very strong solo.
Reaper is incredibly powerful. I dragooned through the main HoT story with this and was both strong and very durable. I am in love with this spec and have used it all over with at least moderate success, but in open world PvE it does extremely well.
Scrapper is a lot more fiddly to play. Most of its traits offer higher sustain and support over raw DPS, but some of that sustain, with the right gear, lets it do some outrageous things. I always prefer running engie and scrapper with groups so allies can take advantage of my combo fields. Solo can be done, of course,but I don’t find it as fun to play.
