will the new announce specialties be available during the beta test next month? I am just curious, my main is a guardian and I would love to test dragonslayer.

Which Beta test ‘next month’ are you referring to? If you mean the one in 3 days (this month), it will include a small amount of expansion story content, followed by two beta versions of outposts and their corresponding adventures in part of the Verdant Brink map. An early, partially completed version of the day/night cycle meta-event experience from Verdant Brink will also be available…according to the Blog post. Nothing about Specializations is mentioned.

I’d imagine that everything they’ve shown so far will be there, but this “beta” is just a stress test to see if certain parts can handle having a bunch of players there.

Participants will be able to use a revenant—or any of the existing eight professions would suggest to me that none of the elites will be available, as they are not yet existing professions.

I think you mean the Elite Specialization Dragonhunter, and I do not think any Elite Specializations will be available at this Beta event. Though, one can not be sure of anything in this Beta with no specific details.
