I cannot figure out how to get the Anthology of villains. Hobb doesn’t sell the recipe anywhere for me and I can’t craft that with my weaponsmith.

Dumb question, but have you unlocked the collection for it yet? You won’t have access to the recipe without unlocking the collection first.

Notably this one, The Flameseeker Prophecies I: The Experimental Shield.

It’s at the very bottom of the recipe list, for some reason all the locked ones sit on top.

However after that comes the big disappointment, that to build the anthology you need 13 sheets of quality paper which is currently an account bound scribe mat. I believe it’s a bug and should be tradable on the TP but right now it’s not so i can’t even get past step 1.
