Guild Wars 2

i bought the digital download for the game at gamestop. I entered the code on the web site for my account and it shows that i am now upgraded to heart of thorns. but when i try to play the game it still shows me as a free to play account. Is there something i am missing or did wrong???

You can make a support ticket to talk to support. Link top of page. You can also ask about display name you have. That is error some get and Anet will fix.
