What is the reason why not all weapons received New legendary skins?
Do we have to wait for the next expansion or something? Can someone please inlighten me what the hack is going on? Thankyou

I guess the mistery remains

It takes a lot of work for them to make a full collection set for a new legendary. They said a long time ago that they plan to release the new legendaries in batches. While they didn’t specify an exact timeline, the dev post this week about releasing major updates every three months would suggest, to me at least, that every three months we’ll see a legendary or two added to the game.

Except for the underwater ones, of course, since no one wanted those.

Kinda scared that, since they confirmed that they are working on another expansion, that is when they will be released….

because anet most likely done have the resources to pump out content at a AAA mmo phase. its easier to finetune existing content, which they do quite often. This is why raids will take a year at least till all wings are out in total, why pvp still is all about conquest and hotm stays the same, this is why we cant have nice things. People are staying tho cuz its a pretty game with systems encouraging u to play timegates.

Collections for the existing legendary weapons will be available on launch day, while the first three new legendaries will become available shortly after launch, alongside raids."

There’s the link to the full blogpost, I doubt the reasoning has changed in the intervening time and I’d guess we’ll get them with the next raid wing. Colin also mentioned last Friday he’s seen some of them so it’s not like they haven’t been working on them.

the fact he has seen them, means little. the staff was seen like dec 2014 i think
