Are there any consumbles besides food and utility that boost my exp and can be bought on tp? And doesnt cost 2 much :P

You can buy Exploding draketail on the TP to give you a 10% boost to all exp/mastery exp (not only kills but also from events, explorations and so on)

you can stack the buf duration up to 2 hours

There are also other fireworks like Prismatic Rockets but at the time of writing the drake tails are the cheapest option
