Guild Wars 2

so i was ktraining in EOTM today, and i was thinking it was awesome because not only was i avoiding the insane jumping puzzles that were hero points in verdant while still getting them, i thought i was leveling my masteries. But nope. Not at all.
So where does the exp go that’s earned from taking objectives in wvw? why am i forced into pve?

Exp only goes for leveling up. You’re forced into PvE cause the masteries are for PvE. Just like how you can’t train your WvW ranks outside of WvW.

I can see that it’d be nice to at least get Central Tyria masteries done in WvW, but look at it this way, each game mode has their own leveling bar. Yellow for PvE, silver for WvW, and purple for PvP.
