There will still be exclusive Hearth of Thorns content that not everyone will have acces to, so i’d say no.
What about crossover topics though? Like talking about elites or masteries in the rest of tyria?
People without HoT don’t get elites or masteries at all was my understanding, is this not correct?

Right, but my point was there are crossover topics. Your HOT stuff does not all go bye-bye when you leave a HOT zone. There will be plenty of topics where it will be a judgement call as to which forum it belongs in and not everyone that would want to weigh in will be closely watching both.
You can edit your thread title. Seen it many, many times on the forum.
I would imagine if the Mods feel a topic belongs elsewhere, they will move them. It’s not like HoT-related topics don’t show up in GD or elsewhere now.
