Rytlock and Logan had to fight together in an arena in Lion’s Arch to earn enough money to be released from prison. Is this in the game? If so can someone tell me where it is?

I’ve searched entire Lion’s Arch for the arena I was almost thinking it was the hidden arena net logo :P
