Q:
Best English Speaking Roleplaying Server?
A:
Thankyou everyone, it seems that Tarnished Coast is the means for US Roleplaying Server.
I will include my findings incase anyone else has this question:
ANSWER: Tarnished Coast

“The roleplay looks sparse. But emphasis on -looks- sparse. It’s everywhere. Literally, everywhere. There’s not really a hub, because it happens all over the place. It’s not always as visible, because it’s a few people here or there, but I’ve seen it in…
Lion’s Arch
Divinity’s Reach.
Black Citadel
Straits of Devastation
Malchor’s Leap
Queensdale
The Grove
And I’m sure I’ve forgotten a few places.
There’s more in Divinity’s Reach and Lion’s Arch than other places, but that was to be expected I guess.”

“Tarnished Coast seems fine for RP to me, granted I’m pretty new to it but I seem to always see a lot of people at the Busted Flagon. There’s still two other taverns people hang out at and that’s just Divinity’s Reach, let alone other major cities/world RP. Personally not really into tavern RP but it’s a way to meet other people I guess so we can get more world RP going.”

Gogo Tarnished Coast~
Community’s pretty strong but a server forum would go a long way.

Do you play on Tarnished Coast? If so how many roleplaying guilds do you see?
Are people openly roleplaying?

Well, that’s a shame. I rather hoped to find some RP, but a friend of mine is playing on Gate of Madness and I joined her there.
So a no go on Gate of Madness for Roleplay?
Tarnished Coast looks like a good choice, but I want a few more opinions before I leap ahead

This game is new so it seems Tarnished Coast is where they flock to.
I think we need server forums, this way it would advertise the strengths of that server
Would be nice but there’s a few unofficial server forums if I remember correctly, lemme see if I can find em.

I’m not sure how active they are, just remember a friend who was trying to get me more into RP mentioning them before the game came out.
Seems like Piken Square is a RP EU server. I stumble on RPs all the time
I’ve seen it all over Tarnished Coast. I’ve even seen a lot of people who just do it in general out in the wild running solo. There are a lot of hotspots in the big cities, and I’ve had a lot of chance meetups with other players who are RPing.
My character runs The Golden Sun, its the tavern in the Ossan Quarter and we are pretty active, come by to say hello. His name: Amaare Margolis
I know you already got your answer, Jen, but just to add to it, I run into people roleplaying all over the place on Tarnished Coast. And just overall, it seems a pretty friendly place so far.

Avoid crystal desert for RPing. Never seen it at all, anywhere.
