Guild Wars 2

I was out exploring this place, its in front of lions arc in Gendarran fields, and I came across a Tavern building in the north western part of the fields by Bev Nook.

Now The whole place is unlively/black except for the basement. Here there is a weird out of place looking door and one torch. The minimap says there is a whole room on the other side of that door.

I assume it is for the personal story, but can anyone confirm? Or atleast tell me what it is for?

If you’re talking about the place I think you are, it’s involved in the personal story for Whispers initiates (like myself).

I may be wrong. I’ll have to check.

I found the building (not really a tavern though the model is used for one or two of them) isn’t part of the Whispers storyline – or any storyline I know of, but I haven’t done them all. If its related to a personal storyline, then I’m guessing it’s for humans during one of the 20-30 splits.

I think I’ve played all possible options of the human lvl 20-30 storyline and I don’t remember it taking place down there. My thought are that this is replaced or abanded content and has no real function. It might be something for planned content though.
