Ok since we now know that Balthy had someone or something hurt him/drain him (“they dimmed my light”).

Could it be that, IF there is a correspondence between the human gods and the elder dragons, that taking zhaitan and mordry out of the equation affected the balance among the gods making them rampart (dissolving some god’s domain of magic)?
In that rampage SOMEHOW Lyssa and Balth were overthrown forcing them to come to the real word to absorb dragon magic and restore their divinity? (or wage war against the usurpers?)

Why Lyssa and Balth:
-Balth: we see it
-Lyssa: Granted Balth the mirror (Thus suggesting cooperativity with his plan) and we are all highly suspicious as to her being Jenna (the 2 faces of Lyssa appearing to be Annise and Jenna maybe?)
