So I was walking around the instance, when i walked along this gate (attachments)

This is the body directed part of Zaithan`s tail with a lot green stuff coming out.
Is it beeing sapped from him?

I am courious, as many things there seems to be from Scarlet there.
Did I miss some info there?

Is anything being said about that part of the library?

Dragon energy is highly volatile and probably possesses a lot of energy, as seen in Kudu within CoE. Considering the gears and coils, probably means to harness such energy.

All we know about that corner is that it’s labeled something like “dissection lab”.
