I wanted to know how the order is governed?
How are you ordered it? is what they have grades?

I’m not sure what you’re asking about the latter two questions, but the Order is led by a “Steward” – in GW2’s time, it’s Gixx – and we know that their rankings is in two categories: those who study (Scholars being the standard rank) and those who adventure (Explorer being the standard rank).

Priory players move from Novice to Explorer and then Magister (your mentor’s rank). Some of the dislogue text quoted on the wiki has Gixx saying “the first rank is Novice – that’s you. Then come Scholars and Magisters, and more specialized tasks like Explorer or Arcanist.” ‘Historian’ is also a rank you see around, though I imagine that is a speciality.

There’s also a single mention of “the Archons” with the context of being responsible for being given dangerous research, iirc. Though nothing else is known about them.
