Guild Wars 2

So I’ve seen that the Charr are the enemies of Men right ?
Now does that makes sense when you see a group with Human and Charr in it ?
Also in PvP , I think race wars would make more sense , I always could be wrong.

The humans and the charr have been at peace for a while now.

The premise of GW2 is the five major races uniting together against the Elder Dragons. Racial wars would make no sense in this context. Plus the idea of GW2 is that you race does not restrict your options.

Yes and no.

Charr are not the enemy of men, especifically, but of Ascalonians who they see as invaders (Ascalon being Charr land originally). Logan’s ancestor (Gwen) for example was Ascalonian and she hated Charr so much it was borderline psycothic.

The current humans are mostly Krytans with Ascalonians refugees descendants in the mix (Most lived in Ebonhawke).

They were fighting the Charr to reclaim Ascalon again but wasn’t really the biggest priority for Krytans and they mostly provided economic/weapons/food support than soldiers.
