God's come Alive
Well the gods left the world and are nowhere to be seen so for them to suddenly appear would be against the lore. It also wouldnt be fair against other players who dont play human so ‘No’ I can not agree with you on this one.
Why would 1 race get more content than other?
Also you can see the form of the Gods in the statues in Orr, at least those are the ones that can be trusted the most.
The Six are gone, they don’t want to interfere in the business of the humans.

Well if we got the Abaddon Fractal, we might have had a chance. But after hundreds a post, Anet understood that it seems that most of their playerbase have no desire to see them because they are a reference to an other game they couldn’t care for.

Well maybe because the humans have been on Tyria (continent, not world) for more time than the others ? (Except Charr). It would be pretty dumb to find a piece of Sylvari more than 25 years old. Or something related to the Norn in Orr.
But thinking like that is what has given us the current game : broad and shallow lore. Because “all races should get the spotlight”…

It is exactly the opposite, after Sylvari, Human is one of the most recent races on Tyria, not only among the playable races, but among every race in Tyria.

Actually the Kiel fractal won because people were REALLY pushing for cheaper WP’s. I’m not even kidding… (also she’s a human and the playerbase seems to have a rampant human bias – disgusting).
But yeah, OP, this gets a no from me.
We’ve seen the statues of the gods which were done by a guy who saw them and was a pretty good sculptor – so that’s more or less what they look like. Then there’s the fact that looking on the gods for too long starts to make you go blind!
Also we’ve seen Abaddon, and that’s good enough for me!

And Kormir too.
Too bad she doesn’t look upon the humans anymore (see what I did there? )

know what the players didn’t see coming?
kormir usurping godhood from them.

The player couldn’t have become a god. Koss could have maybe… but that’s a different story.

That would have created really weird continuity issues though since he was a player controlled hero.
Koss: I’M A GOD!
- 5 minutes later when you start vanquishing Resplendent Makkun… No longer a god.
Heh, found it always weird that Abaddon looked so extremly different than the other 5.
Full melee Ranger since August 2012

That form was after a long time “corrupting” in the Domain of Anguish, you can see his statue in the Temple of the Forgotten God

Honestly there isn’t a whole lot of difference between the two:

Even in the Cathedral statue he has very gnarly teeth and far too many eyes. So I don’t think his appearance changed that much.

one is a dude with a mask (not unlike grenth). you can see his actual mouth under the “gnarly teeth”. abaddon is just a really bad galactus cosplayer.
the other is a six-eyed demon andross.

Ohhh you’re right, I didn’t even notice the pursed lips within the gaping jaw!
Ahhh, so it was a mask originally.
He basically screams “i am evil” even before the exodus ._.
Full melee Ranger since August 2012
He was the God of the secrets, wear a mask fits well, but I agree that it have an evil look for sure, but then Grenth also looks evil but he is probably the most fair God among the 6.
