It all began when my tiny asura was born into a city.
A city called Rata Novus.
He faced a big bad boss and almost died.
He was discouraged and refused to leave the city.
Eventually he friend talked him out of it and he took his first baby step out into the vast world.
The world was as beautiful as it was dangerous.
And years later, my tiny asura has grown into a seasoned adventurer. A hero of sorts.
And as he returns to his Home city where it all began, nostalgia started to creep in.
And he laughed at those beautiful memories.

I tend to play Ash Legion charr, so there’s less to work with as their home city is off the map at this stage.

Actually, having zero day-to-day contact with the legion causes a bit of dissonance when I think about it.

I remember but the impact does not hold much because I stay in DR most of my time when I shop and stuff.

It would be nice if Anet create a future Storyline that actually has our character return to their Personal Story Home to see the long term outcome of our character choices before they left to join their chosen Order.

However, I doubt this may happen now that they created the future storyline to allow players to skip the Zhaitan Arc because this would require players to go through the first three chapters of the Zhaitan Arc being their Character’s Background story chapters.

I presume you mean Rata Sum not Novus as PC Asura don’t come from the lost city. Plus its been deserted since almost as far back as GW1.
