Q:
Guild Wars Lore
You only have wiki.guildwars.com and wiki.guildwars2.com.
For books, I only know of Edge of Destiny.
There’s Edge of Destiny and Ghosts of Ascalon, and an announced but as-yet untitled Third Book.

and an announced but as-yet untitled Third Book.
Called Sea of Sorrows about the sinking of Lion’s Arch
Also the official walkthroughs of the original games and probably Guild Wars 2 have quite a lot of background information and lore in them alongside normal game information.
Well, awesome. That sounds interesting.

You can also play thew the first game.
Edit an added benefit to playing thew the first game is its easy to get 30/50 in the hall of monuments for all the cool skins in gw2.

Probably the easiest way to get lore I can think of without buying a book is jump on the timeline on the GW1 wiki, which has just about everything that has ever happened with links to more detailed portions of that history.
Check this for GW lore

There really isn’t any one place to get all the lore. Probably the most filled lore would be these two:
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Lore
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Timeline
But that’s in relation to GW1 alone. There are links at the bottom of the first (and within the text of both) to elaborate on it. This also has a few links that are good to read through (they’re at the bottom of the first link’s page too):
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Storyline
For GW2, there currently isn’t a summary since a lot of it is still being discovered, but the best I can give you is a list of links here:
http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Category:Tales
That’ll get you introduced to GW2 very well. As others said, there are two books out, with a third in waiting, which pertain to more recent events setting up GW2 from GW1.
Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.
