Guild Wars 2

I am sorry if this question has already been asked/answered. This “building?” has confused me for some time now. I cant see it on all my chars and it keeps disappearing.
Can anyone help me out here

Well, that my friend is the Eye of the North.
A mysterious building even at the time of Guild Wars, as it had a pond in which you could get a glimps of the future.
It now is the place where you get the Hall of Monument goodies you unlocked by playing the original Guild Wars.

that’s the Eye of the North. it’s where veteran GW1 players go to redeem their exclusive gear.

you can go there yourself if you want by getting a Hall of Monuments Portal Stone on lion’s arch.

That is the Eye of the North/Hall of Monuments.
It is a place for Guild Wars 1 players to collect rewards that they gained in GW1 for their GW2 characters.

If you want to visit and you haven’t played Guild Wars 1 then you can get a portal stone from an NPC in Lions Arch, the details are on this page:
