The first is a picture hanging from a wall in GW1. The second is an image of the twisted marionette in GW2. Not saying this might truly mean anything lore wise, but resemblance is uncanny between these two images and I thought it would be fun for all of us to speculate on.
Maybe this drawing made way back in guild wars 1 inspired the creation of the twisted marionette or perhaps, there is story going farther back then some demented sylvari . . .
Either way, hope this gives all something entertaining to talk about.
