Hey fellas,

I’m having a bit of an issue with my quest here. As a bunch of you will know the infinity ball quest leads you to a set of two choices— steal it from the Inquest, or ol’ man Councillor Flax. Frustratingly enough, I really don’t quite understand what I’m actually choosing between here— and seeing as that apparently no guide online answers this (at least not without entirely spoiling the quest), I either have the choice of blindly picking and finding out for myself (perhaps regretting it later), or asking you kind folks here on the forums.

So, without giving anything away, what am I picking here? Is stealing from the inquest worse than stealing from Flax? I’m not 100% on the lore so I’d really like someone to tell me the moral angle presented by either choice… Why steal from Flax when the Inquest are easily the most widely antogonized faction? Which would get Zojja’s more?

Please bear in mind that I’m not concerned with any pragmatic aspects; only the dynamics of the quest in relation to the LORE of my character!! Yeekittenhat was a mouthful. Hopefully you can enlighten me… Otherwise I’ll set my golems on the lot of you! Ha! JK lol.

Also, once again, I’d like to stress I’d love to have this kept SPOILER FREE!
