What was the process used by the seer race to infuse someone’s armor (blacksmithing?) and what does this tell us about the way we infuse armor in GW2. I know the seer used the essence of the Eilodon or whatever, but how did the combine it with our armor and is the process similar in GW2.

cant wait till we actualy get good infusions. probly need teir 7 lodestones for it. Which would justify the lowering in lodedstone prices. Also would be great to have ascended sigils finally. A true justification for having and acquiring ascended weapons. What I don’t like is that they say they want to make a high level market for 500 Crafting but don’t let u sell accented weapons. Also to note I hope this doesn’t fallow through with potions and food.

The infusion process didn’t seem to have anything to do with blacksmithing, in fact it seemed to take part for the entire group with their armor still very much on. I would say it was most likely a sort of ritual to infuse the essence of the Eilodon onto the armor, although I couldn’t be sure. There wasn’t really much to it in the cinematic.
