I just finished reading Ghosts of Ascalon. What an awesome story. Loved seeing the fact that Dougal Keane is in the game…but I absolutely loved Killeen’s dark inocence and spirit and what she brought to the adventure. I never thought of playing a sylvari but that has changed now. Killen why did you have to die….and for a norn? I hope she is remembered in game.

There is a place. A small green place. Near the brand. Cannot remember the exact location. But yes, she is remembered in the game. Oh and better put a spoiler warning in the title, and not hint at something that happens in the book, should someone come by that have not read the book.

But, this is Lore Forums…any spoiler will be broken
Anyway, yeah, there’s a spot in I think Blazeridge or Iron Marches, top left corner, where there’s a makeshift grave. The norn in the book also stops by some times, and you can talk to him a little.
I think Ember Doomforge is somewhere in game also, just can’t remember where I saw her

If my memory serves me correctly, Kileen’s memorial is a skill point (commune with type). That makes me happy.

Dougal stands around in Fort Marriner of Lion’s Arch. I also thought I saw Ember Doomforge somewhere, but I could be mistaken.

What makes me sad is that there isn’t (to my knowledge) any sort of memorial for Kranxx. Even after he pretty much changed the tide of the final part of the book with his death and, turning completely against the normal asura stereotype (greedy, looks out for number one), gave up everything to help Dougal and co.

Ember and Killeen’s grave are both in Fields of Ruin – the former at Summit Peak, the latter in the Secluded Grove (northwestern corner – skill point as said). Gullik is said to occasionally appear at Killeen’s grave, though I’ve never remained there long enough to really check.

Dear ANet writers,
Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.

Ember Doomforge is at Summit Peak, taking part in the charr-human peace talks, in the Fields of Ruin outside Ebonhawke.

Gullik does show up, I saw him once.
But for Kranxx, I think there’s no real memorial because only the people who went on the mission know of his deeds. I think Dougal doesn’t like talking about it, so he probably didn’t spread the word. Not many people know exactly what happened on the mission, and the survivors are hesitant to speak of events. There’s probably a secret memorial only known to them

If there is one anywhere, I doubt it’s in Ascalon City – much too dangerous, why would you want to have to return there? That pretty much means it could be anywhere as far as we’re concerned, though.

Her final resting place is in the game as a skill challenge, in Fields of Ruin in Ascalon: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Pile_of_Stones

“Someone placed these stones with great care and respect. It is appears [sic] to be a cairn intended to memorialize a long-dead adventurer.”

Killeen was one of my favourite characters in GoA, I’m glad they remembered her in GW2.
