Q:

It’s a skill point in Brisban Wildlands.
I seldom saw NPC with old lady’s model. So I wonder if there is any story behind this NPC. Can anyone help me?

A:

In addition to what Elias said, she says the shadow imps surrounding her are her pets, and I always get the creepy feeling that the stew is made from said “pets.”

If I had to guess, she’s some sort of demon in human form, similarly to Sanyi (or in demonic: Mragga) who appeared in this GW1 quest: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/The_Hero%27s_Challenge

Scarlet’s Alliance Wars (a.k.a. “Guild Wars 2”)
A fantasy of sci-fi cyborg implants grafted into the desiccated flesh of Guild Wars’ corpse.

As far as I know, she’s just a spooky old lady who lives in a swamp and serves you suspiciously flavored stew that you eat unquestioningly. She doesn’t give any other information, and I don’t think she appears or is mentioned anywhere else.

Mragga’s probably a good comparison, and I’d agree that’s what she reminds me of.

In 10 years, we’ll become corrupt evil half-<insert player race here> half-imps, corrupted by that one bowl of “stew.”

Ankittenhe only one who finds it weird our idiotic our characters are? Anything that looks suspicious, we’ll eat. Be it Draithor’s experimental meat (which spawns a Jagged Horror from our gut Aliens style) or some mysteriously rotting meat that the Fleshreavers probably use to coat their body in…

It’s a surprise we’re not all on the crapper for food poisoning…

Dear ANet writers,
Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.

Ankittenhe? I’m trying to figure out what word that was…

Anyway. Given that every time we eat suspicious, rotting, or even guaranteed to be evil food, we get more powerful, it’s no surprise that we keep doing it.

That’s how the ED’s should really defeat us. Put some poison in a bowl, stick a blue arrow thing over it, and watch the bodies pile up.

Hint: Four words, first is and, second is am, third is I, fourth is the. Put them all together, lowercased, remove an and he at the ends – you see what word was ridiculously censored.

I think Thorn will be having a new “prank” next Halloween.
