Does anyone know the lore related to the Lion’s Arch Statue being replaced by this strange asuran structure? And what it is??

Isn’t that the holo-projector used during Dragon Bash?

Yeah, the actual projector was removed, but the base is still there. I do not know if it is because they wish to make it look like a change over time (like when they rebuilt the lion court statue, or when they built the new lighthouse that they just finally finished), or if they don’t want to destroy the statue again on Halloween so they’re leaving something else there.

^— They already put the statue back a little while ago before they changed it to the Hologram projector – so I’m guessing they’re just going to continually change it and not bother trying to put any of the rebuilding into the lore like they did with Halloween.

I miss the ole Lions fountain. it would be nice to see it again sometime soon.

Could just be incomplete removal of dragon bash stuff like various other bits of LA.

Oh! Well now that makes sense. Thank you all. With all of the Dragon Bash decorations removed, I thought this was some strange inquest construction.

(I was really thinking to myself, man this is ugly, why replace the statue with this asuran piece?)
