The pages seem to have come from a history book of sorts that the Master of Peace is leaving as a trail. It doesn’t talking about Dry Top.

How is it a plot hole that their journey to find glint (which seemed like what the pages were talking about) got scattered during the crash?

I think the OP deleted his post, and by the sounds of it thought the journal was detailing a journey in Dry Top.

Yep, the post was something about how the writers were worthless when they miss something as obvious as Glint not dying in Dry Top.
