In the last misions, the one with Caithe working with us, we can see a chest that has a note.

In the note is written how a member of the White Mantle bretray the order.

So, this guy knows everything that is happening, and does not like the White Mantle activities with the Bloodstone.

Is Mister Ethe writer of the note?

I don’t think so – I think the note was written well after Mister E started his relationship with Marjory.

I think that note is foreshadowing events in the following instance.

I think the note is referring to the schism in the White Mantle between those who follow Caudecus and those who follow Xera-then-Lazarus and how the White Mantle at the Bloodstone are betraying Caudecus under Justiciar Bauer’s orders (per the journals, he’s the one that was in charge there).

Very doubtful. E would contact us directly through the carrier system if he wanted to let us know anything.
