Nightmare updates doubts
Braham and Rox do appear in the Nightmare Chambers, though rather they’re actually there is an open question. The dialogue is all on the wiki.
As for the dialogues, do you mean that there are two possible ones in the first room? I’ve played the story instance three times and only saw the Baron and Baroness, but there is another one with a Baron, Baroness, and Oratuss in the boss room.

I’ve only seen or heard of Braham and Rox in the NIghtmare Chambers, the documented dialogue for which is here.
I haven’t heard of them appearing in offshoot events – which I take it you mean in the open world? Though I certainly wouldn’t doubt that they would. Would make sense they have appearances beyond just the Nightmare Chambers which are full of hallucinations.

Someone posted that on reddit, I knew him from my previous guild, so I know it’s a trusted source. And apparently couple of others have seen that quote as well, which leads me to believe there’s another dilogue, besides the one we have seen.
As to Braham and Rox, there was a screenshot circling around showing them in an offshoot event (open world), with several others confirming it. Seems to be random locations.
Gonna have to ask for that source. Because the two paragraphs don’t sound like NC nor krait at all. Sounds like someone just made it up to me.
And if it is official stuff than by gods Anet’s screwing it up more.

A quick google search suggests that those quotes are from “the final instance” – which they most certainly are not… So I would say it’s just someone trying to reconstruct things from their memory and embellishing a whole lot.
In the nightmares chambers you can get Kasmeer & Marjory, Marjory & Rox, Kasmeer & Braham, and Braham & Rox. You get a bit of different character based dialogue each time but nothing to advance a story.
I would’ve to search for the topic again, but it was from a data-mining post, but no one mentioned it is a data-mined dialogue. Could be the case though, they always leave non-used dialogues there.
Anyway, guess I’ll have to keep trying to find Braham and Rox on the events.
